Not everything has to be finished to be worth sharing.

The stories we usually whisper. Told out loud, in instalments.

What Is Instalments?

Instalments is not a self-help blog. It’s not curated advice. It’s a series of truths told as they arrive—messy, emotional, sometimes angry, often uncertain. Always honest.

This is where the voice notes go when they’re too long to send. Where the rage simmers, the ache spills over, and the breakthroughs show up mid-sentence.

These are stories told in pieces – grief in one post, guilt in another. Memory. Body. Silence. Shame. The stories we usually edit. The parts we bury.

Here, they get their own space.

Because healing doesn’t happen in a straight line. Growth isn’t always inspirational.

If you’ve ever felt like your emotions take up too much space—or not enough—Instalments might feel like home.

Black woman working with a laptop...

No schedules. No pressure. Just the next entry, whenever it’s ready—delivered straight to your inbox.

This isn’t a newsletter. It’s a pulse.

A note when there’s something new to read, or feel, or sit with.

Maybe a reflection. Maybe a rage text. Maybe both.

Always honest. Always in instalments.
